§ 1. General Provisions 

1. The organiser of the Promotion is MOYA EUROPE Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, at ul. Karłowicza 9A, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000586397, VAT No. PL7010520584, REGON: 363010610, operating the online store at https://moyamatcha.co.uk/.
2. Promocja prowadzona jest pod nazwą „Chasen for £1” i obowiązuje w sklepie internetowym prowadzonym pod adresem https://moyamatcha.co.uk/.
3. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and accept their provisions.

§ 2. Promotion Period

1. The Promotion is valid from 9 July 2026 until 7 October 2026 (inclusive), or until the promotional stock is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

§ 3. Promotion Rules

• The Promotion is available to all customers of the online store at https://moyamatcha.co.uk/.
• To qualify for the Promotion, the Customer must add one of the following products to their basket:
  • Moya Matcha Premium Organic Green Tea – 100g
  • Moya Matcha Premium Organic Green Tea – 250g
  • Moya Matcha Traditional Organic Green Tea – 100g
  • Moya Matcha Traditional Organic Green Tea – 250g
  • Moya Matcha Daily Organic Green Tea – 100g
  • Moya Matcha Daily Organic Green Tea – 250g
• Once the above conditions have been met, the Customer will be entitled to purchase a dark bamboo chasen in a plastic storage tube for £1. The promotional product will be added to the basket automatically. The promotional product will be delivered together with the main order.
• Only one promotional chasen may be purchased at the promotional price per order, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased.
• The promotional product is available exclusively as part of this Promotion and cannot be purchased separately for £1 outside the terms of this Promotion.
• There is no limit on the number of times a Customer may participate in the Promotion. Customers may take part multiple times, provided that the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions are met on each occasion. The Organiser reserves the right to end the Promotion before the stated end date if stocks of the promotional product are exhausted.

§ 4. Final Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 9 July 2026.
• The Promotion Terms and Conditions are available at: https://moyamatcha.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-of-the-chasen-for-1-promotion/. WAny questions regarding the Promotion should be sent by email to: contact@moyamatcha.com.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where such amendments are required due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, without prejudice to any rights already acquired by Customers. Any amendments will be published by making the updated version of these Terms and Conditions available on the website referred to above.
• The rules governing complaints relating to products purchased as part of the Promotion are set out in the Online Store Terms and Conditions, available at https://moyamatcha.co.uk/.
• Any matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the Online Store Terms and Conditions available at https://moyamatcha.co.uk/ and to the applicable provisions of law.
