Moya Matcha “Share Your Ritual” Campaign – Terms & Conditions

Definitions

  • “Organiser” means Moya Tea Limited, trading as Moya Matcha.
  • “Participant” means any individual who enters the campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • “Campaign” means the Moya Matcha “Share Your Ritual” promotion described in these Terms and Conditions.
  • “Voucher” means the £20.00 voucher issued by the Organiser to eligible Participants, redeemable in the Moya Matcha online shop.
  1. Eligibility: The Campaign is open to Participants aged 18 or over with an active Instagram or TikTok account.
  2. How to enter:
    • The Participant must create a video of at least 20 seconds showing their matcha ritual using a Moya Matcha product.
    • The video must be posted publicly on Instagram or TikTok. The Participant’s profile must be set to public for the duration of the Campaign so the Organiser can view and verify the post.
    • The post must be a permanent post on the Participant’s feed, profile, or TikTok page. Stories or other disappearing/temporary content do not qualify.
    • The Participant must tag @moyamatcha in the post itself (not just the caption, where possible) so the Organiser can locate it.
  3. Claiming the Voucher:
    • After posting, the Participant must send a direct message (DM) to @moyamatcha including: A link to the live post, Their full name, Their email address.
    • Vouchers will not be issued without this information.
  4. Reward: Eligible Participants will receive one Voucher, redeemable in the Moya Matcha UK online shop only, more particularly www.moyamatcha.co.uk. Limit of one Voucher per person/account for the duration of the Campaign.
  5. Voucher validity: Vouchers will be issued via email within 5 business days of a valid claim and must be used by 30th November 2026. Vouchers cannot be extended or used retroactively on past orders. 
  6. Non-cash redemption: The Voucher has no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash in whole or in part, and cannot be sold or transferred to a third party.
  7. Content requirements: Videos must feature a genuine Moya Matcha product and be appropriate for a general audience. The Organiser reserves the right to reject entries that are offensive, misleading, or do not meet these requirements.
  8. Usage rights: By tagging @moyamatcha and submitting their video, the Participant grants the Organiser permission to like, comment on, share, and repost that content (with credit to the Participant’s account) across the Organiser’s own social media and marketing channels.
  9. Verification: Posts must remain public and live for the Organiser to verify eligibility. Posts that are deleted, made private, or edited to remove the required tag before verification may be disqualified.
  10. General: The Organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Campaign at any time. Only one Voucher will be issued per qualifying video. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final.
  11. Data: Any personal information shared via DM will only be used to issue the Voucher and will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
  12. Governing law: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
