How to prepare matcha To Go?

You can prepare your Moya Matcha To Go!  incredibly fast in a Moya Glass Shaker or in a regular bottle:
just add matcha to juice, water or milk & shake it vigorously for 5 seconds.

Shake until all the matcha dissolves and a characteristic thick foam is formed on the surface.

Your matcha is done and ready to go!

To prepare Matcha To Go! you can also use a matcha bowl (matchawan) and a whisk (chasen), or milk frother.

The MOYA Matcha Shaker is a practical and stylish accessory that lets you prepare perfect matcha in just seconds. Made from high-quality tritan, it is ultra-light, extremely durable, and resistant to damage.

With a 400 ml capacity, the shaker features a removable strainer that evenly breaks down the matcha powder in water, creating a smooth, lump-free drink. All parts are dishwasher-safe, although we recommend gentle hand washing to maintain the shaker in top condition.

It is resistant to temperatures from 0°C to 90°C, making it ideal for both refreshing iced matcha and gently warmed drinks. Its lightweight, ergonomic design makes it perfect for travel, work, or training.

Quality, colour, taste and price of matcha tea depends on many factors, such as region, rainfall and –primarily – the harvest from which the tea comes from. Matcha from the first harvest is the most delicate one because it is produced from the finest leaves that were exposed to direct sunlight only for a short period of time. Japan puts severe quality norms and the harvest volume is thus limited.
