Sweet, ripe mango pieces in creamy white chocolate blended with the delicate taste of Japanese matcha are a flavor explosion. It’s so good, it melts in your mouth!

These mango bites take only 10 minutes to prepare, with no special tools or complicated steps needed.

A mouthwatering dessert that’s ready in no time. Perfect for impressing guests or indulging yourself with a quick, delicious snack!

Ingredients:
  • One ripe mango
  • Greek yogurt – 150 g 
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • White chocolate – 200 g
  • Coconut oil – 1 tbsp 
  • Moya Matcha Traditional – 1 tsp
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions – mango base:

Chop the mango into small cubes and mix it with Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl. Line a tray with baking paper, then spoon the mixture onto the tray to create small bites. Place the tray in the freezer for 30-40 minutes until the yogurt freezes

Instructions – matcha chocolate coating:

While the bites are freezing, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil using the water bath method. Mix in the matcha powder thoroughly to a smooth consistency. After removing frozen mango bites from the freezer, soak them in matcha chocolate. Let any excess chocolate drip off, then place the bites back on the parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle each piece with shredded coconut immediately. Freeze for another 15 minutes to let the chocolate set completely.

Serve straight away or keep them in the freezer.
