
Ingredients:

- 30 ml of warm water (between 70–80 degrees)

- 1 teaspoon organic matcha honey (or other favourite honey)

- Juice of half a lime

- Ice cubes

- Sparkling water

- A few thin slices of cucumber for garnish
Preparation

- In a small bowl or matchawan, place matcha. Pour in warm water (about 70-80°C). Using a milk frother or bamboo broom (chasen), stir thoroughly until you have a smooth, frothy consistency without lumps.

- Pour the matcha into a glass. Add honey and lime juice, stir gently.

- Add ice cubes and top off the glass with chilled sparkling water.

- Garnish with slices of fresh cucumber.
