Vegan Dalgona Matcha

Serves 2

Time: 6 min. +5 min. in the fridge

Ingredients for vegan dalgona matcha:

  • ¼ glass aquafaba
  • 1 tablespoon brown, white or coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Moya Matcha Traditional or Daily
  • 200 ml plant milk
  • ice cubes

Recipe for vegan dalgona matcha:

With mixer on high speed beat aquafaba and sugar to a stiff foam for about 4 minutes. Add matcha and mix everything together to perfect green colour. Put ready foam in the fridge for about 5 minutes. In the glass put some ice cubes, pour milk and add foam from the fridge on the top. Taste your beautiful vegan dalgona matcha!
