Shipment pricelist

1. We ship all orders within 24 hours from the order confirmation, Monday to Friday.
2. The cut-off point for the order collection is 9am, meaning that any orders placed after 9am will be shipped within 24 hours on the following working day.
3. All shipping is fulfilled by Royal Mail, unless chosen by the customer otherwise.
4. UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the moment your order is shipped.
5. UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders are delivered within 1-2 working days from the moment your order is shipped.
6. If you’re absent upon first delivery attempt, a ‘Something for you’ card will be left in your letterbox.
7. Your order will be transported to your local delivery office where you will be able to pick it up. You can also arrange a free redelivery to your own address, to another address in your postcode area or for a small fee – to your local Post Office branch.
8. We are not responsible for the lost package if you fail to provide sufficient and/or correct delivery address.
