- We ship all orders within 24 hours from the order confirmation.
- All shipping is fulfilled by Royal Mail and orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the moment your order is processed.
- Royal Mail deliveries take place between 9:00 – 18:00 Monday-Friday (occasionally Saturday).
- If you’re absent upon first delivery attempt a ‘Something for you’ card will be left in your letterbox.
- Your order will be transported to your local delivery office where you will be able to pick it up. You can also arrange a free redelivery to your own address, to another address in your postcode area or for a small fee – to your local Post Office branch.
