Moya Matcha Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

1. The Moya Matcha Club loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is organized by MOYA TEA LIMITED, based in UK, the owner of the online store www.moyamatcha.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. The Program is available to customers of the online store www.moyamatcha.co.uk who make regular purchases from the store and are registered in the Program.
3. The Program is designed to reward loyal customers by collecting points (so-called “leaves”), which can be exchanged for discounts on subsequent purchases.
4. To participate in the Program, the Customer must be logged in – only then the points will count correctly and will be visible on the Customer’s account.
5. The Program applies to orders placed from May 15, 2025

II. Definitions

1. Customer – an individual who has registered for the Program and regularly makes purchases at www.moyamatcha.com.
2. Points/Leaves – points awarded for purchases in the online store. 4 leaf is the equivalent of 1 GBP spent on purchases
3. Discount thresholds/Levels in Matcha Club – levels that the customer achieves by collecting a certain number of points. Thresholds are linked to discounts on subsequent purchases.
4. Discount – a discount that the customer can get on next purchases after reaching a certain point threshold.

III. Rules for collecting points/leaves

1. What will you receive Leaves for? For regular purchases at www.moyamatcha.com, the customer receives leaves. For every 1 GBP spent in the online store, we assign 4 leaves. The leaves are charged automatically after the purchase and payment of the order.
2. How to use the Leaves? After collecting a sufficient number of leaves, the customer’s account is assigned a discount for subsequent purchases in the store. Discount thresholds/levels in Matcha Club are described later in the terms and conditions.
3. Validity of Leaves Points/leaves are valid for 90 days from the order in which they were earned. After 90 days of earning, points expire.

IV. Levels at Matcha Club

1. Discount Levels: Customers earn leaves for purchases that allow them to reach higher levels in the Matcha Club Program. More leaves allow the customer to earn a higher discount on subsequent purchases. Discount threshold heights:
   • Matcha Beginner – 5% discount for collecting 100 leaves
   • Matcha Loyal – 7% discount for collecting 150 leaves
   • Matcha Lover – 10% discount for collecting 200 leaves
   • Matcha Master – 15% discount for collecting 500 leaves

V. Terms and conditions of the discount

1. The discount is only available for use on the next purchase after reaching the corresponding point threshold.
2. In order to take advantage of the discount, the Customer must enter the discount code, which is automatically received after completing the previous order.
3. The individual discount code is received by the Customer: by email, and it is visible in the Customer’s account in the “Points and Rewards” tab, under “Rewards”.
4. The discount does not combine with other promotions or discounts offered by the store, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

VII. Amendments to the regulations

1. The organizer reserves the right to change these regulations. The customer will be informed of any changes through the store’s website.
2. Amendments to the regulations shall become effective on the date of their publication on www.moyamatcha.com, unless a different date is indicated in the text of the regulations.

VIII. Final provisions

1. Participation in the Program implies acceptance of these regulations.
2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
3. The Regulations are available at www.moyamatcha.com.

Example: How does the Moya Matcha Club loyalty program work?

Ania – a regular customer of Moya Matcha

Ania regularly drinks matcha and places orders at www.moyamatcha.com. Thanks to the Moya Matcha Club program, she collects leaves, which she converts into discounts on her next purchases.

Ania makes her first purchases and reaches the first threshold of the club

Ania orders:

• Matcha Traditional (100 g) – 22 GBP
• Moya Hojicha (50 g) – 12 GBP

Total order value: 34 GBP
For this order Ania receives 136 leaves.

🎉 Anna crossed the first threshold and reached the “Matcha Beginner” level (100 leaves = 5% discount)!

➡ She will be eligible for a 5% discount on her next order.

Version A: Ania makes a second purchase before 90 days have passed

After 30 days, Ania places another order:

• Matcha Daily (100 g) – 20 GBP
• Matcha bowl – 17 GBP

Total order value: 37 GBP
Thanks to the Matcha Beginner level, Ania gets a 5% discount:
37 GBP – 5% = 35,15 GBP

For this order she gets 140 leaves, so now she has:
136 (previous leaves) + 140 = 276 leaves

🎉 Ania has surpassed the “Matcha Lover” level (200 leaves) and gets a 10% discount from now on!

Version B: Ania makes a second purchase after 90 days have passed

Ania forgot about the program and makes another purchase after 100 days.

Since her first 138 leaves expired after 90 days, she starts collecting points all over again.

She places an order:

• Matcha Daily (100 g) – 20 GBP
• Miseczka do matchy – 17 GBP

Total order value: 37 GBP
For this order she receives 148 leaves, but since her previous leaves have expired, she does not get the discount.

Now he needs to collect 100 leaves again to return to the Matcha Beginner level and be eligible for discounts again.

Summary

✔ Version A: Ania is shopping and regularly increasing her discounts
✔ Version B: Ania waits too long, the leaves expire, and she has to collect them all over again

💡 Conclusion: regular shopping at Moya Matcha Club = more leaves and more savings! 🍵💚
