Ingredients:

  • oats – 150 g
  • hazelnuts – 100 g
  • almonds – 100 g 
  • flax seeds – 80 g 
  • chia seeds – 80 g 
  • salt – ¼ tsp
  • matcha tea – 2 tsp (divided)
  • honey or maple syrup – 80 g 
  • olive oil – 50 g
  • Extras: e.g., 100 g white chocolate, dried apricots
      ice matcha latte

      Instructions:

      Combine the oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, chopped hazelnuts, almonds, and salt in a large bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of matcha tea, your sweetener, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.

      Preheat your oven to 160°C. Line the tray with baking paper and spread the granola evenly. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, stirring every 8 minutes for even browning.

      Once baked, let the granola cool completely. After, sprinkle the remaining teaspoon of matcha tea on top. Add your preferred extras, such as dried fruits or chopped chocolate. Keep the prepared granola in an airtight jar.
