Matcha frappe

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml full-fat milk
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 heaped teaspoons of Moya Matcha Traditional or Daily
  • a big handful of ice cubes
  • optional: whipped cream to serve

 

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until thick and creamy like a slushie. Serve in tall glasses, topped with whipped cream if desired.
