One serving = 200ml glass
- bananas (optionally frozen) – 2
- mango (optionally frozen) – 1
- avocado – 1
- spinach leaves – 1 handful
- Daily Matcha – 2 tsp
- milk or plant-based milk – 1 cup
- chia seeds or alternative seeds – 1-2 tsp
- zest – 1 lime
- honey, erythritol, or xylitol – to taste
