Chia pudding with matcha

Serves 2

Time: 10 min. +3h in the fridge

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 Tsp Moya Matcha Daily
  • 3-4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ – 1 cup plant milk of choice
  • Strawberries, blueberries or raspberries to serve

Pour plant milk to a bowl and whisk. Then combine all of the ingredients in the same bowl (aside from strawberries) and whisk together. You can also mix eveyrthing in a big jar and shake it very well. Cover and refrigerate pudding for at least 3 hours or – when you have time – about 8 hours. Stir it twice in a while. If pudding gets too thick, mix in more plant milk. Serve cool, topped with fresh fruits.
