Whether you’re spending this time solo or with friends, we’ve got a recipe for a quick snack to munch on while you’re watching a movie.
Ingredients:
- 100 g popcorn (unsalted, no additives)
- 70 g butter
- 150 g white chocolate
- 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
- 2 tsp Moya Matcha Traditional
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the popcorn. Roast over medium heat until it stops popping.
- Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, then add the coconut oil and sifted matcha. Mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle the popcorn with salt and pour over the prepared chocolate and matcha, stirring thoroughly to combine the ingredients.
- Transfer the popcorn to bowls or wrappers, and serve.
